New to Yoga?

If you are new to yoga, congratulations! You have chosen a practice that is as beneficial to your mind and spirit as it is to your physical body. It is often said, "If you can breathe, you can do yoga." Our breath is linked to our "prana," or life force. We link our breath to our physical movement to create "hatha" yoga. These yoga poses, or "asana," can be as intense or as mild as we choose.

At TimeLess Yoga Studio, we have classes to suit all levels of yoga practitioner. For beginner yoga students, we recommend the following classes:

  • Yin to Rise Yoga - Wednesdays 9-10:15 am
  • Beginning & Up Yoga - Thursdays 9-10 am
  • Gentle Flow Yoga - Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm
  • Gentle Restorative Yoga - Sundays 5-6:15 pm

If you'd like to start a meditation practice to complement your yoga practice, check out our Beginning Meditation class on Thursdays from 5:30-6:15 pm, just before Gentle Flow Yoga at 6:30-7:45 pm. A different teacher each week will help you learn to meditate and you'll experience a variety of meditation modalities and styles.
